Technical Information and Conditions for Sale
The procedure we usually adopt with our new clients consists first of all in inviting them to our premises in France, allowing them to get a clear idea of our stocks and products. This first contact is particularly important especially due to the fact that we do not display the entirety of our products online. In addition, it helps establishing a reciprocal understanding of needs and requirements, which is the basis for a solid long-term business relationship. After the first visit we continue working with our clients at distance, with the support of e-mails, photos, newsletters and promotional offers. If visiting us should result impossible or unfeasible, we will be at our clients’ entire disposal via internet or phone, providing them with the details of the products demanded, their photos, and trying to accommodate as best as possible all of their needs.
Product details and photos
Do not hesitate to contact us in order to have more pictures and details of the stocks that interest you. Due to the large quantity and variety of our products, we are unable to display its entirety online; however a simple request by e-mail or telephone will be sufficient for you to receive the required details. If you send us an inquiry by e-mail or through the website, you will be contacted by a member of our sales department, usually by e-mail. Our salesperson will be as exhaustive as possible concerning the product you are interested in, and at the same time he/she will ask you some additional questions in order to be able to give you the most appropriate and articulate answer.
Certifications of authenticity and origin
90% of our products are purchased directly from the brand houses; the products delivered to us are always provided with the various certificates needed (resale, authenticity, origin). By simply requesting them at the moment of purchase we provide all the certificates pertinent to the product demanded.
Payment Conditions
LEDA accepts payments by bank transfer, Paypal or by check. As soon as the payment has been received, we have our transport service pick up and ship your order to the desired destination.
Conditions of Transportation
LEDA works with different transport services, the most renown being DHL and Colissimo, at very competitive fees. Unless otherwise stated by the client, we evaluate each delivery singularly, always choosing the transporter offering the best service at the most advantageous fee. The delivery method, however, is at discretion of our client. We can also consign the products directly from our offices, or have them shipped by another transporter chosen by the client. Deliveries normally take 1 to 3 days. A track code will be sent to you by e-mail at the moment of expedition, with which you will be able to trace and follow your order throughout its shipment period.
